- - Minimum 3 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
- - Holder of Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) /(Tier 2) Licence
- - Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation
- - Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- - Able to work independently and communicate well with all levels of subordinates
