Property Service Attendant/Security Guard

  • - Form 1 or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
  • - Relevant experience in security or customer service is preferable
  • - Customer-oriented, pleasant and hardworking
  • - Holder of  Security Personnel Permit & QAS Certificate
  • - Working 12 hours per day

Property Officer

  • - Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management, Hotel, Tourism or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework

  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
  • - Holder of Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) /(Tier 2) Licence
  • - Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation
  • - Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • - Able to work independently and communicate well with all levels of subordinates
