The "Pok Oi Cycle For Millions 2023", which was suspended for three years due to the epidemic, was resumed on April 16, 2023, to raise funds for the Pok Oi Hospital to build a nursing home for the elderly in Lam Tei, Tuen Mun, and to promote cycling and environmentally friendly living.Team of Care sent more than 10 volunteers to participate. It started from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi), passed the Tsing Sha Highway (Stonecutters Bridge and Nam Wan Tunnel), and finally returned to the starting point. The total length of the route is about 13 kilometers. Since the physical bicycle race has been suspended for several years, the participants and the public were all excited to have the activity back with a lovely weather. This event raised more than $8.6 million for the Pok Oi Hospital.Mr. Gary Lam, RSGM of Hang Yick, received the Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the Henderson Property Management Department; and thanked all the participants for taking the time to attend the event.
