Home Market the eighth store Jat Ming Chuen officially opened on 23th Nov 2015 which the pioneer social enterprise co-operated with “Support the Employment of People with disabilities”. Mr. Matthew CHEUNG Kin-chung, GBS, JP, Secretary for Labour and Welfare of the HKSAR Government, graced the grand opening as the officiating guest. Also present to show their support were Executive Director of Henderson Land Development Company Limited cum Director of Loving Foundation Limited, Mr. Suen Kwok-lam, BBS, MH, JP, Chairman of the Executive Committee of “Support the Employment of People with disabilities”, Ms. Catherine Wong, Legislative council member, Dr. Hon Elizabeth Quat, JP, Chairman of Shatin District Council member, Mr. HO Hau-cheung, BBS, MH , Vice-Chairman, Mr. PANG Cheung-wai, Thomas, SBS, JP and the Team of Care. Jat Ming branch is the pioneer social enterprise which employs a majority of employees with disabilities to create a barrier-free and inclusive work environment and to provide more appropriate employment opportunities for people with disabilities for their competence development in order to promote their integration with the community.
