1st Cantonese Competition for Ethnic Minorities in Hong Kong” Award Presentation Ceremony organized by Hong Kong Community Network was held in Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association Hall on 24th January 2016. Mr Stephen SUI Wai-keung, JP, the Under Secretary for Labour and Welfare and Mrs. Yeung Chan Wai Man, Candy, JP, the Assistant Director of the Home Affairs Department were the guests of Honour to officiate the ceremony. Mr. Suen Kwok Lam BBS, MH, JP, Executive Director of the Henderson Land Development Company Limited cum Chairman of Board of Supervisors of Hong Kong Community Network, Dr. Kung Yan Sum and Ms. Kung Yan-sun, Chairman and director of the Chinachem Group and the “Team of Care” of Henderson Land Group also attended the ceremony to support the contestants. The Cantonese Ambassador, Vivek Mahbubani, the famous stand-up Comedian gave a short comedy show in order to encourage local ethnic minorities in social integration!
