“Hill Paramount” and “39 Conduit Road” managed by Well Born Real Estate Management of Henderson Land Group Property Management Department have been awarded “Green Management Award (Corporate) – Silver” and “Green Management Award (Corporate) – Honourable Mention” by Green Council for its continuously contribution of Environmental Protection. The awards ceremony was inaugurated officially by Mr Wong Kam-sing, GBS, JP, Secretary for the Environment and Mr. the Deputy Director of Environmental Development Center of Ministry of Environmental Protection, PRC, Mr. Xin Zhiwei.
