Together with Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society Kowloon, we actively promote smoke-free work environment and encourage employees to quit smoking. Well Born organizes health talks at the managing estates regularly to offer carbon monoxide breath tests for staff, to remind staff the side effects brought by smoking, and to provide instant smoke quitting counselling and referral service to them. Besides, Well Born also advocates healthy living lifestyle, encouraging staff to avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. Moreover, we also have a wide range of committees that hold different kinds of voluntary works and social activities for our staff and their family members to join. We hope to adopt an interactive and relaxing approach to gain positive mental and physical strength of our staff and their family members.
