The 18th "Home Market" opened on 26 June 2026. This branch is in the Light Public Housing located in Chai Wan Sheung On Street and provides daily necessities to residents at close-to-cost prices. On that day, the guests included Mrs Regina Ip, GBM, GBS, JP, Convenor of the Executive Council, Mr Suen Kwok Lam, Executive Director of Henderson Land Group, Ms Rocka Cheng, Director of the "Home Market Foundation Limited", Ms Ida Chan, Chief Administrative Officer of Henderson Property Management Department and Director of Home Market Foundation, Ms Catherine Wong, General Manager of Towngas and Vice Chairman of SEPD and Ms Sanjel Cheung, the representative of Lee Shau Kee foundation came to preside over the opening ceremony.
