The World Green Organization (WGO) initiated a programme, namely Green Office Awards Labelling Scheme (GOALS) since 2013, Well Born Real Estate Management Ltd. of Henderson Land Group Property Management Department, has been actively to share experience and accelerate positive changes in office environments through the execution of best practices. In 2014, Well Born had been obtained the “Green Office” Label from WGO again. To raise local business awareness of the global environmental challenges addressed by the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (UNMDG), there are 9 stipulated aspects of operations to support offices to go Green. Apart from obtaining WGO’s “Green Office” Label, Well Born had also obtained the UNMDG’s “Better World Company” Label through the core supporting organization of this scheme, Junior Chamber International (JCI) North District. Both labels will be awarded subject to the compliance of the rules and regulations.
