HKAEE and HKGOC recognise businesses for attaining environmental excellence

The presentation ceremony of the 2015 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) and the Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification (HKGOC) was had held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 19th April 2016, to commend over a hundred organisations for their green management practices and implementation of various effective and innovative energy-saving and waste reduction measures to conserve the environment. Organisations being certified as Hong Kong Green Organisations (HKGOs) in 2015 were also presented with certificates. HENDERSON LAND GROUP Property Management Department –Well Born Real Estate Management upholds the long-establishing goal of Henderson to fulfill CSR, establish sustainable development, executes environmental practice and helps build the society. The Real Estates managed by Well Born had received the Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification (HKGOC) from the Environmental Campaign Committee are : 8 Royal Green, Casa Marina1, Grand Promenade, Grand Waterfront, Granville Garden, Re’gence Royale, Shinning Heights, Metro City and Metro Harbourview. Such Certifications are to benchmark the green performance of the real estates and encourage them to sustain their environmental initiatives in waste reduction, energy saving, carbon reduction, indoor air quality improvement and to strengthen environmental attributes in products.
