Henderson Land Group Property Management Department – Well Born Real Estate Management had been participated the Programme on Source Separation of Domestic Waste Competition 2011/12 and have achieved in Diamond award, Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, Certificate of Merit, Award for Promotion, Award for Lowest Waste Disposal Quantity and Commendation Certificate. Especially the “ Grand Promonade” has achieved in Gold Award, and the Certificate of Merit and Awar of Promotion in this competition. In 2012, Grand Promonade is the pioneer estate from Well Born which has successfully introduced Food Composter with an very positive response from the residents. The achievement has fully manifested our continuous commitment to launch and promote for the Eco living, energy saving, recycling, food waste and carbon less emission since the year of Environmental Protection in 2000.
